How this website handles your data. No cookies, no trackers, and we only keep what you send us.
Overview
Heliades Systems runs this website. We built it to collect as little as possible. The pages are static, they set no cookies, and they run no analytics or advertising trackers.
Information we collect
The website itself does not ask for or store personal data. We only receive personal data when you choose to send it, for example by email or through one of our forms.
When you contact us
If you email us or apply for a role, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address and anything in your message or CV. We use it only to reply and to handle your request.
Forms
Our project intake form and job application form are hosted on Google Forms. When you submit one, the information goes to Google and to us, and Google processes it as our provider. See Google's privacy policy for details.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. As the host, Cloudflare may process technical connection data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the service against abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
How long we keep it
We keep the messages and applications you send for as long as we need them to answer you or to consider your application, and then we delete them. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To make a request, write to contact@heliades-systems.com. You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority, if you have a complaint.

We may update this page from time to time. The date below shows the last change.
